Direct Approach Security Services, LLC is a Veteran and Minority-Owned local business specializing in private and personal security. We're looking for individuals interested in part-time work as Armed Officers, earning top wages in the Central Ohio area.

We currently have openings across all shifts in several areas of security: personal protection, residential single-family homes, businesses, and estates. We hire only individuals who are physically fit, professional in demeanor and action, and willing to learn.

DASS hires current, former, and retired military and law enforcement personnel. Officers who don't yet hold Ohio Peace Officer Training Council (OPOTC) certification are eligible to have the course paid for by our company prior to employment.

Our officers fulfill security operations at residential and commercial properties. All officers are required to be, or possess the ability to be, armed when required by the client. Shifts are typically 8 hours in duration, with the possibility of extra hours when needed. Officers perform both static and roving patrols of the area.

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older

  • Employee in good standing

  • Must be able to legally possess a firearm
